DAY 1

Afternoon arrival on Cape Cod, "The bared and bended arm of Massachusetts." Check in to an ocean front or deluxe Hyannis area hotel with an over-sized pool, saunas, whirlpool, exercise room, lounge and coffee shop- subject to availability. Tour guide assists with check in and reviews itinerary with the group. Prompt baggage service and festive welcome reception. Dinner at a popular Cape restaurant.

DAY 2

After a full breakfast, your guide escorts the group to Hyannis. We'll visit St. Francis Xavier, the Kennedy Church and the inspiring Kennedy Memorial. Next we'll motor to Sandwich, the oldest community on the Cape. At the Pairpoint Glass Shop we'll observe glass blowers at their craft. Heritage Plantation will be the highlight of our touring day. We'll view over 76 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens alive with blossoming rhododendrons and azaleas. We can ride the antique carousel, view the superb old auto collection, stroll through the arts and crafts museum and enjoy sights such as an old Shaker round barn and windmill. Dinner and entertainment tonight.

DAY 3

Following breakfast, your guide accompanies the group to Newport R.I; summer playground of the rich and famous. We'll take a ten mile ocean drive along the rocky Atlantic coast to see some of the most beautiful mansions ever constructed. Next is a narrated cruise on the sparkling waters of Narragansett Bay and Newport Harbor. Free time in the Brick Market area for lunch, on own, and browsing. This afternoon we'll tour one of the mansions. Another delicious dinner is included.

   DAY 4

After breakfast, your guide escorts the group to the artsy fishing community of Provincetown. We'll stop at the National Seashore Park, home to one of the last expanses of uninterrupted natural coastlines along the Atlantic. Stops will be made at an old lighthouse and windmill; bring your camera. Time to shop and browse in Provincetown. The highlight of the day will be a "civilized" dune buggy ride. Dinner will be special this evening- a traditional New England lobster bake with all the tasty trimmings.

  DAY 5

Breakfast, baggage service and departure.
