Available May 1 - October 31, 2008 DAY 1 Afternoon arrival on Cape Cod, "The Bared and Bended Arm of Massachusetts." Your local guide will meet the group and review the itinerary with them. Baggage service, welcome reception and dinner at a fine local restaurant. DAY 2 After a hearty breakfast your guide escorts the group down scenic Rt 6A, the "Old Kings Highway", to Provincetown. We'll have photo ops at a lighthouse and windmill; so be sure to bring your camera! Free time in the harbor area for lunch, on own, and browsing the many shops, museums and galleries in this artsy fishing community. Shopping stop at a Christmas Tree Shop- it's always 50% off here. Dinner and entertainment. DAY 3 Following a full breakfast your guide will take the group to Hyannis. We'll visit the seaside Kennedy Memorial and St. Francis Xavier; the Kennedy church. Next is a cruise over the sparkling waters of Hyannis Harbor & Lewis Bay. Free time on Main Street for lunch, on own, and exploring. This afternoon we'll do a drive through tour of Sandwich; the oldest community on the Cape.

delicious lobster dinner tonight. DAY 4 OR 5 Breakfast, baggage service and departure for home. OPTIONAL DAY 4 Breakfast. Depart with your guide for "America's Hometown", Plymouth. We'll view the famous rock and replica of the Mayflower II. Free time in the harbor area for lunch, on own, and browsing. We'll also stop at the inspiring Forefathers' Monument for photo ops. Last stop will be a working cranberry bog & winery for samples of their delicious native wines. A tasty dinner is included. |
