| Afternoon arrival, meet tour
guide, check in to a Newport,
RI hotel, baggage service,
welcome gift and dinner. |

DAY 2 |
|
Breakfast. Tour guide escorts group to Battleship Cove in Fall River, MA.
Self-guided tour of the battleship USS
Massachusetts, destroyer USS Joseph Kennedy Jr, WWII attack sub,
the USS Lionfish as well as a Russian missile boat. Buffet luncheon aboard
the Massachusetts. This afternoon we'll enjoy a cruise over the sparkling
waters of Narragansett Bay and
Newport Harbor. Dinner. |

DAY 3 |
| Breakfast. Tour guide escorts you on a spectacular ten mile ocean
drive in Newport. You'll motor passed some of the most beautiful mansions
ever built. We'll take a tour of
Blithewold Mansion, Gardens
and Arboretum. It was built in the style of a 17th century English
manor house. There are more than 250 different kinds of trees and shrubs
including a 100' tall giant sequoia. We can stroll the rose gardens, visit
the water and rock gardens and tour the 45 room mansion. Free time for
lunch and browsing on own in the
Brick Market. This afternoon we'll tour another mansion; perhaps Astors'
Beechwood or the Vanderbilts' Breakers. Dinner. |

DAY 4 |
|
Breakfast, baggage
service and check out. We'll drive to Mystic, CT for a self guided
tour of the famous Mystic Seaport; a living history museum consisting of a
seafaring village, ships and 17 acres of exhibits depicting coastal life
in 19th century New England. Departure
for home.
